3rd Customer Happiness Meetup – Impressions

It is quite easy to describe the 3rd Customer Happiness Meetup – it was an awesome and completely unique experience! For the first time, we’ve had presentations in English and from what I can deduce, all the attendees loved this innovation 🙂 I am happy to see that our community is rising every day and I am looking forward to taking part in many more CH meetups in Belgrade (and conferences I hope!).

Future Plans

We’ll have the 4th Customer Happiness meetup in February 2016 if all goes according to plans! Until then, your help in spreading the word and contributing to our small but awesome community is very welcome! You can join our Facebook group, use #chbelgrade on Twitter whenever you find an interesting tweet about Customer Happiness, write for our awesome website of awesomeness (yup, this is the website) or/and apply for a speaker position at the next meetup.
